All orders are sent out using Aramex courier services. Please note that due to parcel size distribution, large orders may need separate deliveries, which the purchaser will be inclined to cover.

International Shipping:

DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY (3-4 DAYS)

Sent using DHL Express door-to-door courier, or any other respective carrier that the client insists we use in order to fulfill the order.

As soon as your order is collected from our warehouse, we will email you the tracking details for your parcel.

Rates exclude customs duties and taxes.

You can return items for in-store credit, provided:

1. You return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

2. Item must be unwashed, unworn, or unused and all original items must be included.

Strictly no returns will be processed unless there is a manufacturing defect on the item. The above speaks to the conditions that warrant a return. Please view the Size chart before placing your order.

Upon return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days minus the initial shipping cost. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Defective items:

1. Unfortunately sometimes manufacturing defects slip through and we gladly replace these items.

2. If you experience any issues with your items within 7 days of wearing them, please get in contact with us!

3. After 7 days have elapsed since the delivery of the item(s) the buyer may no longer contest defects or file for an exchange as well as a return on the item.

VIVID ZA COMPANY (PTY) Ltd. will not be held liable for any damages caused to the item(s) due to mishandling during the shipping process. All cases may be taken up with the respective delivery company used to fulfill the order. Customers are more than welcome to alert VIVID ZA COMPANY (PTY) Ltd. regarding any shipping related damages and we may attempt to settle the dispute on the customers behalf, however, VIVID ZA COMPANY (PTY) Ltd. will respect the final verdict issued by the shipping company. If said sequence of events do come to pass and the case does not yield a favourable outcome, the customer is more than welcome to contest the case further independently if they so choose.

Steps in returning an item:

1. Simply go to the Contact Us drop down.

2. Drop us an E-mail telling us why you would like to exchange the item (defective/size/style/colour).

3. We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the problem.

There will be no returns allowed on SALE items.

Issues regarding non-delivery should be brought to Vivid ZA Company's attention and the company will request clarity from the delivery company on the behalf of the customer if they so choose.

Alternatively, the customer is more than welcome to attempt to settle any shipping disputes that may arise on their own if they so choose.
